Downtown Bellingham is just down the road and we can suggest all of the sights and sounds to ensure a great stay. Take a stroll along the waterfront, shop downtown, and sample the great, local fare at the Saturday market.

In the car: 
Less than an hour in the car and you can be in the heart of Canada’s most beautiful city. Vancouver, B.C offers great shopping, dramatic views around every corner and some of the best restaurants in North America.

Just up Highway 542 is majestic Mt. Baker. Home to some of the best snowboarders in the world, the mountain is renowned for great hiking, sweeping views and countless species of wildlife.

To the south is Washington’s most famous scenic route: Chuckanut Drive. A winding road above the rugged coastline of Puget Sound yields stunning views of the San Juans with plenty of roadside areas to enjoy a picnic. Explore the tidal pools and watch the sunset from the saltwater shores of Larrabee State Park, it’s just a 10 minute drive from the Inn.
